Starting from the mid $600’s, M City 5 is the newest addition to the BILD award-winning M City Master planned Community, conveniently located in the heart of Mississauga at Confederation Pkwy and Burnhamthorpe Rd.

M5 is the 5th of 8 towers planned for M City, including M1-M4,  which are currently under construction. The 8-tower, 15-acre, 4.3 million sqft. community combines modern architecture, abundant green space, and modern lifestyle amenities to create one coherent neighbourhood. The site will also bring over 2 acres of parkland for the community, including that of M Park, the Mary Fix multi-use trail, and the future Hurontario LRT.
